Cool Side

We have 9 BPs.The bigger ones seem to always be on the cool side of their tub.The hot side is between 89 and 91.Is this normal for sub adult BPs

What is the cool side temp? And is your warm side temp taken on the surface?

I have been noticing this alot with my bp too. Loves to hang out on the cool side 90 percent of the time.

Its ALL normal brother.

A long as your temps are fine, and the animal isn't stressed. The animal will pick which side of the enclosure it likes the best, and thermo-regulate as needed.

Mine will do that also. I just let em do his thing, and I do mine. The only thing that matters is if the husbandry is right.
