I do not know how much vets charge for this but I think it is expensive for something that is that easy and only take a few second.

YOur best bet is to try to find people in your area that can sex your snake for you and show you how to do it, and often the best way to do this is to ask on the forum to see if people might be in your area and be willing to to that for you.
