    Texas Fence Lizard Help

I'm probably just being dumb but, a fence lizard is laying her eggs right now under some rocks around my front yard flower bed. So far only 2 eggs, but there is a fire ant pile about 2 feet away from her and they are starting to go into the hole she has dug. I'm was wondering if the ants might mess with her or the eggs? I don't know much about lizard eggs, don't have a incubator to bring them in. Do you think they will be ok? Any suggestions? Let nature take it's course?

    Thanks
