Hi, andGrats on your new pickup. Most ball pythons go into shed right after a move into a new enclosure. I believe it is caused from stress. Make sure his / her humidity is around 60 or 65% until after her shed.
fed her a mouse today, she didnt hesitate atall, BAM! gone.
Edit - i actually enjoyed seeing it eat this time.. only because the mouse bit my thumb pretty good otw home from the petco lol.
