Thanks! I just tried it (with the help of two others to keep her from balling up), and most of the meds spilled out. It's supposed to be used weekly, but I think I'm going to try a half dose tomorrow; less than half of it actually got inside her. I managed to get her mouth open without much trouble, but not wide enough to see anything.

In the mess I made, there is a bit on her eye. She has a water bowl in her enclosure that she's dipped in. Should I do anything about her eye?

If you moisten a soft piece of cloth and let her slither through it, she should be fine. If you notice ANY sign of discoloring on her eye scales, you should call your vet right away.
