    There is a fuse in the Helix...It's most likely blown.

    Remove the back and replace it.

    I've heard good things about the customer service at Helix in the past, why don't you give them a call and have them walk you through some troubleshooting?

    When I was using Helix, I had an issue with one. I called em up and they took care of it in a snap.

    Thanks for the help everybody, I talked to the people at Helix and they gave me the information for the fuse so I could get them at Home Depot.
