breeding since the early 90's,a large female can lay 100 eggs,if 40 survive,say her first breeding was in 97,thats be,12 x 40,480 from one girl,i would imagine by now there is a couple thousand breeding females down there,i wouldnt say 30,000 is an unreasonably high estimate,it could actually be a low estimate to be honest.i know one person who goes down there for 10-12 hours and catches atleast 7-8,must re release them as being in the park though,but then a big name breeder who i know,has said hes been down there with fish and game and all thier scientific snake finding tools,and not found one.so the exact number is hard to tell........Originally Posted by Chu'Wuti
