Therm/Hygrm. + Thermostat

I believe this is the right section to ask. I am looking for a website that carries both the Acu-Rite Thermometer/Hygrometer as well as the Zoo-Med Repti-Temp 500R Thermostat. (if there is such a website) Because shipping would kill me otherwise. If there isn't such a website, then that's alright.

BUT If anyone knows a Canadian website that carries these items that would be even better. Otherwise it'll cost me almost 100 bucks for these two because of exchange and shipping rates.

Im not sure what kind of stores you have in canada, but i found the Acu-Rite therometer/hydrometer at walmart. i also a Repti-Temp 500R Thermostat that i found at the local pet stores.

The Thermostat is not in any Pet Stores around here. My Boss can order one for me at the Pet Store I work at but I would have to pay $41 as opposed to $30 online. (without shipping)

I searched at Home Depot and they didn't have the Thermometer/Hygrometer, I will check the Walmarts around here for it though. Thanks.

Wow that is a big price difference. i definity would keep looking. i would be surpised if walmart doesnt have it. i pick mine up in the home section with the rest of the thermometers.

I hope they have it. I'll be buying a lot of my supplies on Wednesday so I will check then.


But if anyone knows a Canadian website that sells the Repti-Temp 500R please let me know.

lowes carries the accurites in canada and petsandponds.com carry the 500r so do alot of pet stores around here
