I need to take my bp hades to....
A local pet store tomorrow b/c they said they could sex him/her for me and it takes 15-20 minutes. I was wondering if he would be ok to take if I just hold him on the ride their? or if I should get a little instant heat pack thing and put him in a box/tub??

If the ride is reasonably short and the weather is not to either extreme, your snake should be fine. You just recently got your BP, right? If so, you could use the container you brought it home in for transport. Otherwise, I would put it in a pillowcase and wrap a rubber band securely around it to keep it closed. Avoid having the snake in direct sun, or where the heat or a/c in the car is blowing directly on it.

I dont think I have the box anymore though. =//
dont they need air or something? lol.
I know thats a dumb question but i've done a lot of research about ball pythons and never came across anything about how much oxygen they need. xD

They have a much slower metabolism than mammals, so they don't burn oxygen quite as quickly. They do definitely need air though!
A pillow case is not air tight.
EDIT: Just as I hit submit, it occurred to me that maybe some special pillow cases, such as those for people with allergies, might actually be airtight. I don't know? But an ordinary pillow case is fine.

agreed on pillowcase. #1 way to transport a snake short to medium distances. Then put it in a cardboard box for extra security if you feel like it.
be careful not to cook or freeze your snake by putting heater or A/C blowing directly on it during the car ride.
