Great feeding day (For a change)

Jake's last feed was 4/19. I offered to him on 4/24 but he refused, 4/25 eyes went blue, going into shed, so I held food (good thing, we had to soak him last night to help with his shed) tonight, he ate 2 hoppers. I didn't realize I was out of small adult rats. He struck as I was sitting the mouse into his cage, which startled the CRAP out of me since he's never struck. Immediately coiled and that mousie was gone in minutes. I added the second as the feet and tail were going down before he realligned. This is refreshing! Never has his feed been this easy! But then again, he went 12 days with no food.

Congrats on his great feeding response! It is always nice when they are cooperative about eating.
