Eventually your points can lead to having your posts moderated by staff and eventually the ban hammer comes crashing your way.

Well, that's how it used to work.

Now, the infraction system is put in place and you are responsible for your own fingers. We no longer moderate posts. If you post something that warrants infraction points, you will get them.

If you reach 100 points, you get a 30 day time out. You are welcome to return.

If you reach 150, then you've clearly demonstrated that you're not here to make a positive contribution to this community, and you get a permanent ban.
