I've spoken to Rich just now and once again I'm reminded why I love doing business with this guy.

Let me also add my thanks to this site and it's members. You people are quite simply the best there is. Hopefully I'll be speaking to Bruce today by phone. I know he's very, very touched by the outpouring of love, support and concern expressed by the membership of BPNet.
