    IVY hit the nail on the head. Most employees don't know that there is a way to ship reptiles with FedEx. After you get certified, you then begin the process of educating the employees at your local hub about their own policies. The lady that I deal with regularly is actually interested in them now, and asks what I am shipping and where it is going. She is kind of amazed at how many snakes I ship, and that they actually go to every state. Some people just don't know how big our hobby is.
