People in Canada and other places outside the US can still help get the word out. Things you can do include posting anywhere and everywhere you can think of, calling or emailing people you know that live in the US, and stuff like that. The thing that might be most effective (at least the best one I've thought of) is to put up posts on Craigslist in the cities served by the representatives on the subcommittee.
