Talking I guess I should let the cat out of the bag..

I've been trying to keep this a secret for a few days..but...... I FOLD! Welcome me to snake ownership!! I will officially be the new owner of a little girl corn as of... well LATER TODAY!!

I didn't save the photo from the ad though. You should see some more photos on Wednesday.

Turns out the guy who is selling her is one of the kennel workers at my job.. How funny is that? He asked me where I work and he was like "Oh, well that's where I work also!" The only reason I didn't know this is because we don't work together. I never even see any of the kennel workers. They clean in the morning and than they're off.

She's on rat pinkies..what fun! She comes with all her set up and everything. She's about two feet in length at the moment.

I've read information for days on how to set up everything.. I feel like I've done enough research.. so I'm diving in!

(Oh in case you are wondering.. NO, I am not moving in the next few months)

Oh you caught me Jenn! lol. Graduated to fuzzies actually. I'll make sure I'm feeding her the proper diet. No starvation for my snakey. She will be arriving in an hour.

Re: I guess I should let the cat out of the bag..

She just got here about 40 minutes ago. She ate a pinky rat. Poor thing made a squealing sound and than died. I have 2 more. Do I just put them in the freezer and thaw them out later?

Feeding is one thing I am going to have to get used to.
I found a photo online.. It's kind of what she looks like..

She looks to be a good size for rat pinkies. Or mouse fuzzies... either or will do! My two 08 corns are on large fuzzies and eat two in a sitting!! Growing like weeds they are!!

Her name is Rogue. She's very sweet. Not bitey at all. How fast do they grow??
