It doesn't look bad, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it is fertile (sometimes cresteds will lay a clutch of infertile eggs before they start laying fertile ones). Eggs can vary slightly in color and in texture and sometimes even vary greatly if the female is not healthy or not getting enough calcium (in this case the eggs will not be shelled smoothly or may be missing areas of shell altogether).

Incubate all of the eggs and see what happens. If any mold all the way through you know for sure they are bad, but wait until they are good any moldy/cheesey before tossing them. Sometimes nice babies come out of not so great looking eggs.
