    My ball python dreaming?

    i was doing something else then i came up to look what my ball python was doing he was sleeping under his water bowl (burrowed) then he randomly constricted an invisible foe under his water bowl there was alot of water in the cage after but i wonder is that a dream or is he crazy? he was really trying to constrict something

    Sounds like he just dumped his water.

    im sure reptiles dream, every breathing thing with a brain needs to dream to release dmt. i imagine its like when a dog is barking and runnning in its sleep.

    To find out if you really saw him constrict. If the waterbowl didn't move off of him (you didn't mention), I was going to question what made you think he was constricting.
