imo, gutload is no better than feeding crickets any old thing to keep them alive. marketing has got every corner covered these days, sometimes we have to sit back and think how we used to get by without all these products.

i am no expert, don't take my info as biblical. i don't use gut load (have almost a full bottle sitting on a shelf) as it seems irrelevant to the health of my animals.
