I'm sure someone else will chime in here, but 3-4 mice a week? That's over doing it big time. You only need to feed a rodent the same width as the biggest part of your snake and only feed once a week. Right now I still have my pastel eating once every 5 days on rat pups.

How big are the mice you are feeding?

My female has just started eating again from the winter months but if you want to offer multiples you should do it on feeding night rather than different nights of the week(which I'm assuming because that would be a lot for a snake to do in one night).

The noises, I'll leave that to someone else because I'm nowhere near experienced with that.
