Pied question?

To all those out there with pieds. Can you tell when a pied has to go to the bathroom? I usually can tell with most of my snakes but with the pied it is so white on the lower half of his body its almost like you can see straight into him lol. And it looks like he is about to relieve himself. Just wondering this is my first pied lol

They usually don't poop themselves and sit on it. my snake moves outside the hide to poop.
