i ordered some supplies as well it takes about 5 business days from the time they process the order, at first i was worried as well but i talked with Walt and everything went fine now I'm about to ship through them as well....good luck

Has anyone does business with them yet? I ordered a snake shipping kit from them, but I haven't received a notice on whether they shipped it out and when it will arrive even though they have already received payment from me. I emailed them on Friday, but I still haven't gotten an answer from them.
