heh... you don`t know my neighbours, they phone the cops when I am wearing outfits that are too loud. They would lose their minds if I actually let loose.

Have to say though... after having all my first out of the way I am remarkably calm this season. Just going through the motions.

But I know when I wake up to eggs I will do a little happy dance (or 10).

I brought this thread back to ask, why do ball pythons glow? I'm sure it has something to do with breeding I just wanted to know specifics.

Heh yea that's what I was wondering too, do the neighbors know about the snakes? She's very pretty, went from normal to what, almost vanilla?

Hey Zack... I have no idea what makes them glow like that...

I have heard it has to do with humidity to internal temps... but how it works, I don't know.

There are cases of snakes that lighten up and stay light, been 3 on this site that I have seen, but why that happens seems to be speculative.

Tim Bailey - Muddoc, had a theory (I think it was Tim) on why some lighten and stay light, perhaps it may be a similar thing at work, but just on a short term.

If anyone knows they can interject.

My neighbours do not know much about anything... so my snakes are off limits for them.
