    New Tattoo

Thinking about getting a new tattoo! Show me some pics of your snake/reptile tattoo's. I want a BP tattoo just not sure how the color would turn out. Thanks Mitch

    Re: New Tattoo

Go to an artist who does killer portrait work, and bring in a good photo of what you want. If you do that it will turn out amazing. If you go to a mediocre artist it will likely not look very good. Ball pythons are hard to draw and make look good. Take your time finding the perfect artist so you don't end up regretting getting it. I can't wait to see pictures once it's done.

    Re: New Tattoo

See what I mean? Doing a google search for snake tattoos I got a lot more crappy ones than decent ones. Take your time finding a great artist. I wanted a devil and an angel on the front of my shoulders, so I found an artist I wanted to do it on inkednation and had to wait for 3 months to get it, but it turned out great. I recently met a guy at a bar who had the same tattoos (in theory) and when we showed each other he got pissed. He said he didn't like the work his mediocre artist did, but after seeing mine and realizing what he could have had, he said he wanted to sand his off.

    Crappy artists:

I actually kind of like the last one in your crappy artists list. Just goes to show it all comes down to personal taste.

Yeah, but even if you want a crappy tattoo, it's best to get it done by someone who can do smooth line work and such.
