I agree that this is important but I fear USARK has gotten off the topic.. the ban isn't being sought because of human safety its based on the risk for ecological impact.

That's a good point. And hopefully they'll address that side of it more aggressively. But the vid is still a good attention-getter. I went ahead and stickied it.
