    just a quick question

Recently my bp has been sitting on top if his hide. All temps and humidity are perfect. Any reasons why he is doing this. We have a uth under that same hide. Thanks everyone

    Re: just a quick question

Are you measuring the temps INSIDE the hide? Sometimes the heat can build up in there and become warmer than what the snake feels like hanging out in. OR...maybe he's just really chill and comfortable in his home and doesn't mind hanging out in the open.

EDIT for PS -- btw...what do you consider "perfect" temps? And how are you measuring them?

haha yeah man my one pastel male is a butthead!! He really does whatever he wants lol. I thought maybe my temps were too high, but not the case. Sometimes he'll sit on the cold end for a week, and the temp never gets over 93 degrees. Then sometimes he'll hang out on top of his hide, crawl around bending over backwards trying to find a way out of his tub lol. I think some of them just dont like sitting still.
