Why would you make a reptile rack for only one reptile?
Racks sole purpose is to lessen space of multiple animals. Just get a tub with a lid and secure the lid. You have your single reptile rack.

No special lighting is required for BPs.

You could build a rack for a single snake, but there is no need. If you want to, there are lots of places you can find plans for building a rack, and you could modify it for only one snake.

But I think it makes more sense for a single snake to just use the lid and hold it on securely with clips. Some people also use bungee cords to hold the lid on. For one of my corns, I am using one of those tubs that the lid latches in place pretty securely on the ends. But with a tiny hatchling corn, I was worried that it might be able to push up just hard enough in the middle to squeeze out, so I wrap velcro around the middle to hold it securely, because the shape of this lid didn't work well with the clips I use. There are lots of options.

Most people find it easy to control the heat and humidity in tubs. Start out with a small number of holes (easily made with a soldering iron), then add more if necessary until the humidity stays stable at the right amount.

For heat for a single snake, I would just get one of the stick-on UTHs, but instead of using the adhesive it comes with, I'd just tape it in place. This way you have the option of using it on a different enclosure later. Then control the UTH with a good quality t-stat, and you should be all set.

With the proper modifications, that tub will be perfect for a young BP. Do a search on tub set up, and you'll get some really good info on how to set it up.

Just my opinion, but that tub could easily hold a BP up to 500 grams or so. Depends on how many hides you end up needing. Two is recommended, but with a tub, sometimes you can get away with one...depends on the snake. Does the sticker that came on the tub say what size it is?

Flip it upside down and measure the bottom...that's where it's the most narrow.
