Stupid druggie nieghbors!!!

My worst neighbor I've ever had is the guy who has the apartment above me.

He's unemployed, has no tv, and has really squeaky floorboards. He spends most of the day pacing around by the sound of it, I assume because he has nothing to occupy his time.

I've lucked out with neighbors/college roommates. While there has been plenty of drugs and alcohol around, I've never had my room broken into and had stuff stolen.

I HAVE had plenty of people accidently walk into my room thinking it was theirs, but it was funny more than anything else. Besides, who HASN'T stumbled into the wrong room on campus on occasion? certainly not me

....... This thread really makes me want a handgun... More than I already did... I bought my bf a 22 rifle for hunting rabbits so we have that, but I don't think thats ideal for home defense. Now the throwing axe I got him... Maybe...

And I didn't really think anything could make me want a rotweiler more than I already did, but this thread kinda has that effect too... I <3 rotties

And the only bad neighbor I've really had was when I lived in FL... The evil woman next door poisoned our german shepard.

Ours are half, and half lol.

The neighbor on my right, She is the nicest lady ever. Shes quiet at first, but once you get to know her she's super friendly. Her kids and family have all been very nice and we talk quite often.

Our other neighbors across the street.. HOLY COW. I swear they use meth, or some other nasty drug. Always awake, and every time we go outside, they are peering through their blinds watching us. I just smile and wave.

We have had a couple run ins with them. Over the winter the ladies husband had his truck parked across the street, almost in front of the alley, but blocking our driveway. My husband drives a big truck and we couldn't get out because of his truck and all the snow. So my husband politely asked him to move his truck. He storms down off the roof from shoveling, doesn't say a word, jumps into his truck and peels out in reverse.

Two days later the same thing happened only this time my husband wasn't so polite. He told him, either move the truck and don't park it there again, or I am calling to have it towed. Same attitude from the guy.

Then his wife opens the window and starts yelling at my husband saying "Hey mouth were about sick of your mouth around here.. you're makin' more enemies than friends" blah, blah, blah... My husband had a new non family friendly words for her and told her to shut her window.

Then on my sons birthday, we had a bunch of people over and one of my friends who is extremely pregnant. Her and her husband and 3 year old were headed out, she gets to there jeep and hears this horrible screaming.
The husband had slammed his wife up against the window, punching her in the face, and saying horrible things to her.
Scared my friend so bad. Since then we have heard the domestic violence one other time.


As far as protection goes I have two big dogs and my husband has a few guns. I would hate to have someone break into my house and threaten my family.

I actually can't protect myself at all . If I assault him while he's doing a B& E I can get in trouble. No guns at all I'm easily twice his size and quite strong but that's little relief when it comes to weapons. I was thinking of getting a big dog but he'd eat my kids LOL! actually bully breeds are banned. A nice well trained german shepard type dog would work well. I'm wondering if my familes biker friends could just happen to come over for a party and scare him away!

I do some real damage to him and just bury all the evidence.....make the world a better place. Thats the way I look at it, if you come into my house at night....bring a body bag with you.

Can not a vehicle also be considered a weapon? And the other party struck first?

Of course it can, but based on the reasonable man principal, it would be reasonably determined that the car was not being used as a weapon, the baseball bat, however, was. You can't go around charging every one who gets in a fender bender with assault with a deadly weapon.

Hi I'm looking for a huge dog with big teeth to eat the guy next door. Must be good with kids but trained to eat drug addicts and people who B&E like the guy next door. Must get along with other animals but willing to fight large dogs when needed( like the guy has). Dog must be trained not to leave our yard and house trained. Must be willing to part with the dog for free as the guy next door has cleaned us out of all our electronics and jewlery. Please help us help st.catharines by getting this guy gone for good. BTW I live near haig arena, right next door to the house that all the cars drive up all the time!
