Guy I knew from high school was out driving one day and got rear ended. Being the touchy hot headed sort, he grabbed his baseball bat got out of the car and headed back to the car that just hit him. The guy that hit him rolled down his window, pulled out a gun and shot him, then locked his doors, rolled up the windows and waited for the cops. Once the police got everything sorted out, the guy from my high school was charged with assault (in addition to spending a few weeks in the hospital) The guy who shot him got off on self defense, and I don't think he was even charged with the traffic accident.Originally Posted by Slim
