    Work 19 March 2009. *DUW

    Another day at the office.

    This is the fruit of the wild cucumber (Marah horridus)



    This is one of Chip's (the 1 eyed wonder's) girlfriends.



    This is a little juvie gophersnake


    Who was not happy to be found...



    The Ubiquitous Pseudacris regilla


    and some of his progeny


    Keep an eye out for the giant red water mite fly-by




    and the best find of the day.... A weeny little baby Nightsnake (Hypsiglena torquata). AKA the fancy earthworm.

    Kat, great pictures and videos. I too think that very mighty gopher snake is just too great.
