    ANOTHER new addition to my collection...

    This has been a very good couple months for me. First I was able to add a milksnake, a tarantula and two new red eye tree frogs. (and this for a girl with a husband who normally does not allow new animals!) Now I am able to add this beauty to my collection, and I could not be happier! Thanks to Jason/jknudson (and Melanie too) I now have this gorgeous cinny girl which not only is an awesome addition to my collection but also a very special gift of friendship. I can't even begin to describe my total joy right now.

    Well, before I get all teary eyed and weepy I'll get to the pics. She's in shed, so she's not even in her full glory!

    First off a nice and toasty box with a bag full of cinnamon!


    Next, I barely got the bag untied and she was peeking out. No shy missy here.


    I got her to sit still for a whole minute I think


    This was just seconds before she realized ... hey I'm free!


    First she checked out the lay of the land


    And then .. she was off


    I am so, so, SO happy with this girl!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN JASON!

    Nice Cinni.....Everybodys getting Cinni's I feel left out..

    Christie I'd have love to been a fly on the wall when you tried to talk your hubby in to that..we all know what you said it would take to get a new snake......I bet that was hot. just skidding..

    Congrats on the new addition! It is always nice when the SO agrees to expanding the collection!

    I'm not sure if it is just the flash reflecting off her eyes or if she is going into shed, but if so, she'll be just gorgeous once she gets her new skin! She's already a purty girl!

    I swear the first pic looks like a box of soap bubbles! That must be the new way of shipping reptiles!

    A lot of people are using that batting stuff for cushion here recently. I've gotten several shipments with that in it and its great, soft and lets heat and air flow with now problem while still insulating the animals from shock and temps changes.
