Sexed out my chaco today and got 3 new additions...

Sexed out my chaco today and I got...

I bought the chaco unsexed over a year ago and this is the first molt since I got my microscope.

I also just picked up a female 1.5" GBB and a female 1.5" PZB. I currently have one of each of these (same size from same person) but I really definately wanted a female of each of these so I bought guarenteed ones just in case mu luck was no good with the 2 unsexed one's I originally bought. I also got the best freebie ever (for me anyway) and that was a 1/8" A. moderatum: Rio Grande Gold. This has been on my wish list for a long time. So this week has been good for me: 3 new T's, sexed out a female chaco, and my emp had her babies . But that probably means I am in for a bad week soon

Okay, what the heck is that a picture of? Congrats though on confirm your Chaco female. I'm going to borrow some of your luck and see if it rubs off on my Chaco. Silly thing STILL hasn't shed. (if that is the right word)

You must post pics of your GBB, as that is one of my FAVS!!! Post the others too, as I am unfamiliar with those and would love to see em.

How about you say you already had your bad luck and it's already out of the way.

The picture is a pic with my camera through a microscope (a cheap microscope I bought from ebay for like $25 shipped, I could see a lot better with a good microscope but didn't want to spend a crazy ammount of money on one) of the inside of my chaco's molt. I will take another pic of the molt and show you the area we are looking at tonight. I had a feeling mine was female from looking at an underneath shot but I wanted to be 100% sure. My chaco took a loooooong time to shed so I feel your pain .

I will get some pics of my GBB's but they are still small and are not showing any adult color yet (still cute though imo).

Sounds good to say my bad luck is out of the way!!! I hope for a loooong while On a side note, I did finally get my new tarantulas keepers guide book in yesterday that I preordered last November from amazon (they kept changing the release date) which is another good thing.
