ghosts hypo the same?

this may seem like a silly question but what is the difference between an orange ghost,a green ghost and a desert ghost?
Are they a different gentic line or is it down to the colour of the parents?

An orange ghost is a line of hypo as is the Green. However the Desert Ghost is a different mutation all together.
