Heather, The Joel, Jasmin and I decided to take a trip out to the park to check it out before we make sure its the place to be, I have to say Wes did a awesome job recommending this place. Its not a huge park but it definitely works for what we will need. Here are a few pics... Cant wait to see everyone!

Okay:

Bring something food related. I'll be bringing the basics. (Meat)

Bring something that you can share. This will be potluck! Bring enough for at least 20 people.

It will be in Farnsworth Park, in Altadena.

I'm not sure about parking, but I'll be taking a trip out there this week to scope it out.

I'm not sure if its a dry park, but if you want, bring what you want.

Chairs for themselves
Plates, napkins, cups
Lots of Food
A great attitude, and any friends that may want to join!

Let's start a check list...
If your bringing something especially a necessity (plates, cups.. ) please list it.
This will help prevent a situation like everyone bringing plates and noone brings cups....

I want to bring Ice Cream but I don't think it will make it there. A 40 minute drive... just the thought that it may melt and I wouldn't want that to go to waste... I will be one full herper with a big spoon and a fat smile... hehee

I will bring Fried rice.

Alright everyone so here is the deal, The park reservations are not free, They are 90 bucks. We can front the money but it would be a tremendous help if everyone could pitch in and help. 5-10 bucks would be great.

I'll be going early to camp out for a spot instead. No need to donate to the reservation.

i'm sorry to be repeating my post but this is sounding more and more fun but i still don't have a way of being there

i can find a way (bus, dropped off) to anywhere in the downtown/crenshaw/koreatown/hollywood/east l.a./west l.a. (i'm sure somebody gets the point already) area.
is there anyone i can catch a ride with?
i can pitch in for gas money
