I'm really hoping they don't, or at least most of them don't. It's a mystery to me why some kink and some don't. You hear some people claim that your best bet to reduce kinking is to breed hets only, which I think is a big reason why you never hear of people breeding homozygous to homozygous. To me this makes no sense. If the kinking IS related or linked to the mutation, it shouldn't make any difference whatsoever whether the pairing was het to het or het to homozygous or homozygous to homozygous. Personally I've always thought that the kinking had some other reason rather then being a purely genetic problem. That's why I think it'll be interesting to see how the babies turn out, it should help uncover another piece to the puzzle.Originally Posted by Brock Wagner
