    Re: illegal repitle shipping

I saw your video and what I saw was a ball python packaged in a USPS priority box (with no insulation ), and the box placed in an envelope with what appeared to be a fedex label on it. (Hard to tell for sure)

Anyway my question is this are you sure it was shipped USPS that delievered your snake or did they shipped fedex but used usps packaging (which is free)? (this is a VERY serious accusation as it is a federal crime).

Understand I am not siding with them in anyway because the way that animal was shipped is outrageous even if it was done via Fedex.

Additionally after seeing your company I emailed them to inquire about shipping and they told me they were using USPS and fedex, so I ask again "do you use USPS to ship snakes?" and their answer was "for snakes we use Fedex".

In other words, how did that box come into your hands? Did a man in a FedEx uniform hand it to you? Did you find it at your door? A note from the Post Office in your mailbox? Did you sign for it and who held the clipboard?

If it did infact come to him USPS then he needs to notify the postmaster to report them.

thats all he needs to do. posting over on fauna will spread the word, but it surely wont stop them from shipping usps. if you saved the bag it came in it has lots of helpful info on there they would want to see.
