Is it still a baby? I guess momma knows she birthed something special and is really taking care to make sure nothing gets it. Natural selection in any other species means it would have been eaten or taken and sold.

Yes, I remember reading about that dolphin when it was first seen. It's just an albino, so not a real "surprising" occurance to me. Rare? Definetely. But then again the ocean is SO large who knows what's out there!
I think its a gorgeous animal and would love to see it sometime, especially since I'm not too far.
But then again, I'd prefer if tourists stayed a good distance away.
Hum, re-reading that, apparently the dolphin lives in a lake I used to live near when I lived in Louisiana for a few years. Neat.
