Hi,
Some will eat during the shed process and some will not - I definately wouldn't try anything like force feeding during a shed though.
No soaking before the shed can actually make it worse not better - just make sure the humidity is between 60-70% and she should be fine.
If she does not manage to get it all off then that is when you think about soaking.
