Yep! They are Red Tail Green Rats (Gonyosoma oxycephala), some people refer to them as Red Tail Racers.
Wild caught specimens can be pretty fragile, but Captive Born animals do fairly well. Just make sure not to overheat them.
Beautiful animal by the way!

Yep, it's a red tail, and a very pretty one at that.
