All Texans Please Read!

THe bill deals with our ability and rights to roadhunt on public roads and right-of-ways. A bill was passed last year that made it illegal for us to do this. HB 1500 was an amendment to have reptiles, amphibians, and insects exempted.

Texas is 98% privately owned property. You can not "herp" in state or federal parks. This only leaves the option of roadhunting.
