See the tail... but nothing else. You drove all the way from Texas to San Diego?

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

Ahh... next time, when you get a longer break, ask your folks to drive ya. I would really like to see what pictures you come up with on that trip. Lots of cool field herping sites in Arizona and Colorado.

My boys have been begging me to go to San Diego. Showed them your pics and they think it's super cool.

I travel a lot, but I've yet to go to a place other than Holland where the temperatures were right for road herping. Apart from Costa Rica...
