Do you hold your BPs during the day, or the night?

I figured with them being nocturnal it would bother them to be held during the day... But GTPs are nocturnal too, and from what I read it's better to handle them during the day because they go into feed mode at night.

My BPs are all in my bedroom, and I don't get home from work till after 9pm, at which time my bf goes to sleep 'cus he gets up at 5 am. So I find that I'm not handling them as often as I would like to, because opening the cages and whatnot would wake up the bf.

I guess it's not a big problem because we should be moving in a couple weeks to a 2 bedroom so I'll have my reptile room But I'm still curious.
