Ok, this is for all you herbivorous lizard owners out there! How do you keep the veggies and greens fresh for long amounts of time??

I have, as some of you know, a young Blue tongue Skink that must be fed fresh veggies and greens every day. Since he's so small, he only eats a tiny portion - enough to cover the bottom of a jar lid - daily.

Greens do not sell in small quantities, and I hate wasting 60% of the head or bag, so how do you keep the greens from going bad?? I have a vacuum sealer, but it doesn't seem to work on leafy greens.

Any suggestions or tried and true methods out there??
