I'll make this short and get right to the point.

I was at a house to day that had 2 Burms and three balls all adults, these snakes are being kept outside, no hide boxes, in small 10-20 gallon tanks with repti-bark, very small almost empty water dishes, and NO HEAT sources, last night the temp was in the 40's. tanks have old feces and shed in them, just disgusting

The owners of the animals weren't there, I took easch ball out and inspected them one had scale rot in a couple places, they were sooo cold, it broke my heart.

Animal control has been out there in the past for the numerous cats and such, I just don't understand how they could not say anything regarding the reptiles.

My first instinct was to bag em up and take them with me, What should I do?
