When saw my BP at the show I asked the vendor if it ate f/t and he said no they feed it live but I still got the BP because it was to good of a deal to pass up ($25 and he could be het for piebald).

Today I tried to feed him an f/t and he actually went after it pretty fast after I started to shake the mouse but he missed so I shook the mouse again and my snake went after it but missed again. I took the mouse out after he missed the second time because he was getting stressed out.

Is it normal for baby BPs to miss their prey?
