So I picked up my pinstripe female on Friday! She was a mid-07 baby produced by Ben Siegel, and has been owned by a breeder in WI since then. She's about 1100 grams (haven't weighed her myself), and absolutely gorgeous! She's my first ball python, and I'm already smitten. The breeder said she locked with his pewter male four times three weeks ago, but I doubt anything will come of it. Personally I think she's much too small to breed, so as cool as it would be to have eggs, I almost hope she didn't take. As an added question: what on earth would a pewter x pinstripe make? I tried looking it up on google and didn't have much luck.

He said she eats every three days but I am going to back her off to once a week, because a fat snake is not a healthy snake!

Anywho, now for photos! Meet Penelope! The first two photos are from the person I bought her from, one of them shows her with the pewter male.

And this is one a friend took of her yesterday, doing what ball pythons do best!

I'm already planning on getting her a SMOKING YELLOW pastel boyfriend, once I find a stunning one that I can afford. I'd like to breed them next November or December if she's big enough, but it's not crucial. I just love these gorgeous guys!
