Where to get heat tape?

Im going with belly heat. So im guessing about 80 watts, because ima use the 17" heat tape and ima do a foot per level. You think i can use one of those cheapo depo reostats ( i think thats how you spell it) for a little while until i get me a thermostat?

Really? I think using 17" flex for even a 41qt tub is overkill. Most freedom breeder CB-70 racks only use 3" which is plenty.
