    pastel scales "browning"

i recently got my pastel out after id come back from my dads for a week and went to clean the cage out with new bedding ect. When i picked the pastel up i noticed her scales on her back down to around 3cm off her belly scales had begun to have a brownish tinge. the strange thing is that her belly scales were fine and not all of her back scales were brownish. I imediately gave her a bath and had a close look with a magnifing glass. it looked like the scales were fine but the pigmant had changed. weird. so i went on the internet and looked at scale rot but it didnt look like it was that so i looked around again and found this

see how the scales have a brownish tinge but near the belly they apear normal.
Just so you know she shed around 2-3 weeks ago and SOME but not many of her scales were like this. On another forum someone said that over time a pastels scales will dull and go like the pic but i wanted some more opinions.
I probalbly sound panicked and i am coz im worried for my little girl.
