David, The staff is very aware of this thread and until now, have chosen not to step in. Bottom line, we can't make members be nice to each other.

That seems very apparent.

Ball-pythons.net is NOT a sanctuary from members being allowed to question you about your questionable history that precedes you to our site. We've never been a sactuary, and hiding behind our "family friendly" reputation isn't going to shield you from probing questions.

I'm not "Hiding" behind anything. I am not seeking any form of "Sanctuary". Sanctuary from what?? lol. From irritating troublemakers? I don't think so. They don't bother me none. I came to what seemed like a friendly, unbiased forum to post pics and participate in threads about our pets. Our snakes. We are snake lovers and we own many nice snakes and we'd like to share them with fellow herpers. I guess I must have commited some form of crime in doing so because I am certainly being prosecuted by this site and some of its other fauna-like members.

NERD doesn't need ball-pythons.net to sell their animals. Furthermore, NERD has earned the respect of so many here, you thus far, have not.

I don't need your site to sell my snakes either. I only have about 60 or 70 snakes left from 08 clutches and they were all hatched or born within the last four weeks. We always sell out on everything we produce. Every year without exception. I don't need anyone's forum-based site to peddle my goods. I am NOT here to sell my stock. Period. I just wish to post, without being harrassed.

We'd also like you to clear up the incorporation question with the staff, so that we can determine if you are indeed in violation of our TOS. You may scan and send a copy of your incorporation paperwork to any staff member by end of day Monday. You could also clear up the question of WHO you are at the same time, by sending over a copy of your current drivers license as well.

Oh, I see, I have to prove who I am by sending you a copy of my drivers license and also prove to you that we are incorporated by sending you a copy of our incorporation paperwork to you. Are you serious? Have you ever asked any other member to prove who they are? When Joe Shmoe posts a pic of their snake and says "Hi guys, here's a pic of my albino burmese python" do you make him or her prove who they are? Do you require them to send in copies of their licenses? Why not? They could be an imposter! NO! Just me. Why just me guys??

Again, this is clearly a case of "Selective Persecution". This place is no better than faunaclassifieds.com. Really, it's no different here.

Teach me to give any place or people the benefit of doubt.
