You need to start mass manufacturing these!Granted it won't cost anywhere near what it would to buy one from the big guys, but the material would still be costly. I haven't checked what a sheet of 16 gauge aluminum goes for lately, but I do know that $160 is most likely the lowest price you can find a sheet of 1/8" aluminum diamond plate for anywhere.
