Ok, so, at my current capacity, my rats are producing 1 large garbage bag of soiled litter per week. Normally on garbage day I just put the bag out with our other garbage, no problem right?

Well, last week, out of the blue, they did not take the bag. It had a huge hole torn in it by the garbage men to see what it was. So, to find out what happened, my dad called the city. He got through to someone and he asked why they didn't take it, and the man said they'll only take it, if the poop is separated from the shavings. HOW REDICULOUS IS THAT?!?! Imagine trying to separate a whole garbage bag's worth of rat poop. So now the bags are building up...

Anyone else have anything like this ever happen?
